Site specific project took place in abandoned cinema “HVIEZDA”, which operated until the end of nineties. Cinema was closed and devastated because of new city development. As a part of collaborative project there was displayed the short manipulated sequence from Italian movie Cinema Paradiso (1988) where the main narrative is turning around the cinema projectionist who is collecting censored kiss sequences from different movies.
Edited censored sequences are presented as a part of site specific installation in abandoned cinema Hviezda, which operated in the same time like Cinema Paradiso - not under catholic censorship but under communist one.
